Some guy

We hadden oogcontact in de trein vanaf station Nijmegen naar station Arnhem Centraal. Op station Arnhem Centraal verloren we elkaar uit het oog.
"It was late in the evening, somewhere around 11 PM. As the train arrived at Arnhem central station, the passengers were ready to disembark. You and I included. You exited the train carrying a black paper shopping bag, I exited shortly afterwards. Unbeknownst to you, I noticed a yellow/green bag remain on the bench where you had been sitting. When I tried to tell you, there was no response. After I tapped your shoulder, you removed your ear buds and turned around. Suddenly I was staring in the most beautiful eyes of a lovely, classy girl who told me she didn't understand my Dutch language. So I continued my story in English. And you headed back into the train to see what I was on about. :P After finding out the bag wasn't yours, I went on my way again. But then, I started to process our encounter and wondered whether you knew how the OV chipcard worked. So I caught up with you again & we had a chat. You told me the public transportation system you have back home is different, and that you are a foreign student. You then asked me for the Sonsbeek exit, and I pointed you to the opposite direction I was going and said good night. This encounter has been going round in my mind. How mesmerized was I by the radiant spark in your gaze. This intrigues me, and I would be very interested in chatting some more, about whatever really. Alas, I don't know much about you. At best, I can only guess that you are an British(?) girl studying at ARTEZ(?) and that you stay somewhere in Arnhem(?) within walking distance(?) of the Sonsbeek exit. Though the Dutch Railroad issued buses that weekend too, so possibly you had to take one of those? Anyway, I don't know whether this message will ever reach you. For what it's worth, thank you very much for lighting up my evening and my heart."
